And I am distinctly happy! Yay!

(As for the actual score – 94% for the ECA. That is 4% lower than my best TMA score, but 5% higher than my overall course assessment score. Rock on!)

The book is going slowly. I’ve done a lot of planning and made a lot of notes but haven’t actually done much writing yet, well not on the ‘new’ version – I actually started this one about 3 years ago but problems with the story/writing plus A215 & A363 have stalled the project. I’m just getting going again now and hoping to speed through a first draft before the end of summer and then spend the autumn and winter re-drafting. So, won’t be needing a reader for a while yet, but will keep you updated 🙂

I’m not doing another course next year as I want to concentrate on the above, but I may do another one in the future. To be honest, I could probably do with going through the A215 & A363 coursebooks again as a refresher and try to soak it all in again without the pressure of TMAs.

I don’t envy you doing an exam next year, I’m not keen on them either, but I’m sure you’ll do well. You’ve just got a grade 1 94% at level 3 so your next course should be a breeze. 😀

Wow! Well done. I’ve just got my own result which is a grade 2, but I’m happy with that as it’s what I was expecting – never really threatened to get a grade 1! I thought they’d make us sweat a bit longer before the results, but glad they’ve come as I can move on now and get back to writing my book 🙂

What are you doing next year then, have you decided yet?

Thanks, and well done on your result. How’s the book going? Remember, if you need a beta reader, I’ll be happy to help 😀

I’m doing A210 Introducing Literature next. It’s one of the required courses for the degree I want, but I’m not looking forward to it because of the exam. But it has to be done, so…

Are you going to do anymore courses, or is that you done now?
